Steps
- Step 1
For the fish marination
Take 1 tilapia fish, add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, marinate the fish and keep it aside for sometime.
- Step 2
For the curry
Add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 2 no. small green chilies, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 3
Saute it well.
- Step 4
Put the marinated fish and add water. Let it simmer.
- Step 5
Add the mustard paste.
- Step 6
Flip the fish and cook it well on both sides.
- Step 7
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 9
Serve it hot with rice.
