Wash and cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil.
To that add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 3 kadi pattas and allow it to crackle.
Then add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick and 1 green elaichi, Saute well.
When onions turn translucent, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then add 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and stir well.
Once mixed, add 1 tbsp tomato puree, cooked rice and mix everything well.
Season with 1/8th tsp salt.
Stir and serve hot.
