- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta and allow it to crackle
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick and 1 green elaichi
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes and cook until soft
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix well
- Step 5 Add 1 tbsp tomato puree and cook for a minute
- Step 6 Add cooked rice and mix everything well.
- Step 7 Season with 1/4 tsp salt and cook for 2 minutes until all flavors combine well
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 9 Serve hot.
