- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and saute for a minute.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp cooked rajma, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 3 Mix well and set aside.
- Step 4 Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp chopped lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and the sauteed rajma mixture.
- Step 5 For crunch add the crushed taco, 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve immediately
