  • In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 5 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and sauté.

  • Once the rai starts crackling, add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 cup suji, 1/2 tsp salt.

  • Pour in a little water and mix it well.

  • Once it starts simmering add 1/4 cup boiled and diced sweet potato and sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with coriander chutney.
