- Step 1 In a kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 5 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing and sauté.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato, 3 tbsp suji, 1/2 tsp salt and roast until light brown.
- Step 3 Pour in water and allow it to cook over low flame.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 cup boiled and diced sweet potato and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve warm.
