- Step 1
Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato,1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp salt and 1.5 tbsp roasted semolina.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3
Mix well and make fingershaped cutlets, coat them in 1/2 tbsp roasted semolina and keep aside.
- Step 4
Heat 1 tbsp oil on a low flame in a nonstick pan.
- Step 5
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
