For Palak Tortilla
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking
- Step 2 powder,1/2 tsp butter, prepared 1 tbsp prepared palak puree and mix it well.
- Step 3 Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4 Roll out dough into a round roti, place on a heated tawa and roast from both
- Step 5 sides.

For Sweet Potato Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp
- Step 2 grated ginger,1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp jeera
- Step 4 powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5 Now place palak tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sweet potato mixture
- Step 6 over it. Then add 1/8 cup julienne onion and 1/8 cup julienne capsicum.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Roll it and serve.
