2 Boiled Mashed Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sweet Potato
  • Prepreparation

    Knead 1/8th cup wheat flour into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti.

  • Preparation

    In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, boiled matki, 1/8th cup chopped yellow capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well, add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • Saute the mixture and keep it aside.

  • Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side

  • Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
