Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp of chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp boiled chopped sweet potato and saute well.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 cup presoaked sabudana and saute.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp peanuts powder, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Step 8
Sprinkle some water and cook for a little longer.
- Step 9
Garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
