Sweet Potato kheer Recipe

1/2 Cup(53.0 gm) Sweet Potato (Boiled, Diced)

250 Ml(250.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
ingredients
4 No.(0.4 gm) Kesar (Strand)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • Boil 1/2 cup sweet potato

  • For making Sweet Potato Kheer

  • In a kadai, add 1 tsp ghee, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisin. Saute it well.

  • Then add 1/2 cup boiled, diced sweet potato. Mix well along with 250 ml milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, and 4 strands

  • kesar. Simmer.

  • Ready to serve. Enjoy.
