1/4 Cup(25.0 gm) Kale
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2 Boiled Diced Cup(53.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/3 Cup(67.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter.

  • Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, and saute well.

  • Add 1/2 cup of boiled diced sweet potato and 25 gm chopped kale leaves.

  • Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Then, add sufficient water, 1 bay leaf, cover the pan with a lid and cook.

  • Let the mixture simmer for 56 mins on moderate heat.

  • Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.

  • In a blending jar, add the cooked vegetable mixture and 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.

  • Blend well and serve hot.
