In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter.
Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 2 tbsp of chopped onion, and saute well.
Add 1/2 cup of boiled diced sweet potato and 25 gm chopped kale leaves.
Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Then, add sufficient water, 1 bay leaf, cover the pan with a lid and cook.
Let the mixture simmer for 56 mins on moderate heat.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
In a blending jar, add the cooked vegetable mixture and 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
Blend well and serve hot.
