60 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
  • In a blender,

  • Add cooked chole, boiled sweet potato, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, tahini, 1.5 tsp grated garlic, 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Hummus is ready to be served.
