1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil
2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice
4 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(19.0 gm) Walnut
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • For Sweet Potato Gnocchi

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed sweet potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,

  • Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cook.

  • For Gnocchi Pesto Pasta

    In a pan heat 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the 1/4th tsp grated garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.

  • Add into the pesto sauce, potato gnocchi,1 tbsp fresh cream, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
