For Sweet Potato Gnocchi
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed sweet potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,
Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cook.
For Gnocchi Pesto Pasta
In a pan heat 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the 1/4th tsp grated garlic,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
Add into the pesto sauce, potato gnocchi,1 tbsp fresh cream, mix and cook it well.
Serve hot.
