For Sweet Potato Gnocchi
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed sweet potato,2 tbsp wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrot.
- Step 3 Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cooked.

For Jalapeno Gnocchi Pasta
- Step 1 Grind 2 tbsp chopped jalapeno and 3 tbsp chopped basil leaves in a smooth puree.
- Step 2 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp olive oil then add jalapeno basil puree saute it well.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp fresh cream,2 tbsp grated cheese, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4 Add sweet potato gnocchi, 1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, mix and cook it well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley and serve hot.
