Steps
- Step 1 For Sweet Potato GnocchiIn a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup boiled mashed sweet potato,2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder and knead into the dough,Make gnocchi using a fork and boil it in water till cook
- Step 2 For Jalapeno Gnocchi PastaIn a pan heat, 1/2 tsp olive oil then add into the jalapeno basil puree saute it well
- Step 3 Add into the 2 tbsp fresh cream,2 tbsp grated cheese,mix and cook it well
- Step 4 Add into the sweet potato gnocchi, 1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp black pepper powder, mix and cook it well
- Step 5 Garnish with 1/2 tbsp Chopped Parsley and serve hot
