In a bowl boil, chop, mash sweet potato and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup of the previously mashed sweet potato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder and mix properly with hand.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter.
Shape them into regular cutlet shape, coat with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and keep aside.
Heat 2 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with a coriander leaf.
Serve hot with ketchup.
