Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl boil, chop, mash sweet potato and keep aside
- Step 2 Take a mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup of the previously mashed sweet potato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp dry mango powder and mix properly with hand
- Step 3 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make small balls of the batter
- Step 4 Shape them into regular cutlet shape, coat with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and keep aside
- Step 5 Heat 2 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan
- Step 6 Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown
- Step 7 Garnish with a coriander leaf
- Step 8 Serve hot with ketchup
