1/4 Boiled Mashed Cup(63.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/8 Grated Cup(17.0 gm) Cauliflower
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
2 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Mozzarella
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Corn Flour
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add into the 1/8 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 cup grated cauliflower and saute it well.

  • Transfer in a mixing bowl and add into the 1/2 tbsp cornflour, 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 tsp salt. Combine all together.

  • Make small round balls and flatten it.

  • Stuffed with 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese and seal it. Coat with 2 tbsp suji.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry cheese balls till golden in color.

  • Serve hot.
