1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, crushed roasted peanuts, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Divide it into equal portion and bind it into flat oblong shape rolls.

  • Heat pan and brush it with 1 tbsp oil.

  • Roast the rolls till crisp and golden brown.

  • Serve Hot.
