- Step 1 Boil sweet potato until soft yet firm and keep aside.
- Step 2 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 7kadi patta, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/4 tsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp haldi and saute.
- Step 3 Add 3/4 cup boiled and diced sweet potato.
- Step 4 Saute until all spices coat well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 6 Serve hot with roti or rice.
