Sweet Potato Sabzi is a simple dish prepared during fasting period. Boiled sweet potatoes are added to a tempering of rai, curry patta, chana dal, hing and urad dal......this flavouful sabji taste best when served with roti........!!!!
Boil sweet potato and keep aside.
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.
To the pan add 1/4th tsp rai, 7 kadi patta leaves, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/4th tsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/8th tsp haldi and saute.
Now add 3/4th cup boiled and diced sweet potato.
Serve hot with rotis.
