Sweet Potato And Dal Dry Vegetable Recipe

0.75 Boiled Diced Cup(79.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Urad Dal
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Chana Dal
7.0 Number(0.77 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Boil sweet potato and keep aside.

  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil.

  • To the pan add 1/4th tsp rai, 7 kadi patta leaves, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/4th tsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp hing, 1/8th tsp haldi and saute.

  • Now add 3/4th cup boiled and diced sweet potato.

  • Saute well.

  • Serve hot with rotis.
