For Beetroot Tortilla
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp
- Step 2 baking powder,1/2 tsp butter, prepared beetroot puree and mix it well.
- Step 3 Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4 Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from
- Step 5 both sides.

For Sweet Potato Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8 tsp jeera ,1/4 tsp grated
- Step 2 garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato
- Step 3 and saute it well.
- Step 4 Add into the 1/4 cup boiled mashed sweet potato,1/2 tsp red chilli
- Step 5 powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam
- Step 6 masala,1/8 tsp Salt and mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 8 Place beetroot tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sweet potato
- Step 9 mixture. Then add 1/8 cup julienne onion and 1/8th cup julienne capsicum.
- Step 10 Roll it with a hand and serve.
