- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled chopped sweet potato, cooked whole masoor, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, mashed wheat bread and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape it into a rectangle shape.
- Step 4 Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil, place the cutlets and shallow fry until golden brown and crisp.
- Step 5 Serve with ketchup.
