1.0 4"(32.0 gm) Brown Wheat Bread
0.13 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Whole Masoor
1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(27.0 gm) Sweet Potato
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
For mixture
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup boiled & chopped sweet potato, 1 tbsp whole masoor, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 slice of wheat brown bread pieces, black sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist), mix it well. Mold it into a rectangular cutlet shape
For roasting
Heat pan, add 1 tbsp oil on it, keep it on medium flame. add cutlet into it, shallow fry till golden brown.
Serve with ketchup.
