Sweet Mango Salad Recipe

Mango Salad is the perfect combination of mangoes, strawberries, and orange tanginess. It's drizzled with honey and lemon zest, and garnished with pudina, which has a lingering flavour and provides an extra boost of energy and vitamins. The fiber content aids digestion, and the fresh ingredients provide antioxidants.

1/4 Chopped Cup(49.0 gm) Mango
1/4 Diced Cup(55.0 gm) Orange
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(21.0 gm) Strawberry
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
2.0 Tsp(22.0 gm) Honey
  • In a salad bowl, add 1/4th cup each of chopped mango and orange, and 2 tbsp of chopped strawberries.

  • Then, add 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey and 1 tsp of chopped pudina leaves.

  • Toss the ingredients to mix thoroughly and serve.
