A traditional Punjabi origin cold beverage made with sweetened thickened curd.
3/4 Cup(181.0 gm) Curd
1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
In a blending jar, add 3/4th cup curd.
Add 2 tsp sugar and 1/4th tsp green elaichi powder.
Blend to a smooth consistency and serve lassi chilled.
