A usual porridge with a twist yet tasty as always. Nutritious protein rich porridge of bajra boiled in milk and sweetened with sugar makes a typical Indian dessert.
In a pan, heat 1/2 cup of milk.
Add soaked and pressure cooked bajra and bring it to a boil.
Add 1.5 tbsp sugar, mix it well.
Add 1 tsp ghee and cook it until it comes to the consistency of halwa.
Garnish it with nuts and serve hot.
