- Step 1 Chop 30g yam into slices and season with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp dhania powder and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Ensure the yam slices are coated with spices.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tbsp oil
- Step 5 Coat the yam with 1 tbsp suji and shallow fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
