Suran Chips Recipe

  • For making Suran On a board add 30 gms of sliced yam.

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1 tsp dhania powder and mix it well.

  • Make sure the yam slices are coated well with spices.

  • Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • Coat the yam with 1 tbsp suji and shallow fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.

  • Serve hot.
