1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(43.0 gm) Arbi
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan and add 1/4th tsp jeera.
Allowing it to crackle add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and 1/8th tsp amchur.
Mix and add 1/4th cup boiled chopped arbi.
Making sure the arbi is evenly coated with the masalas, add 1/8th tsp salt and stir fry for 1 more minute.
Serve hot.
