Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp, add 1/4 tsp jeera and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp amchur and mix.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th cup boiled chopped arbi and mix well with all spices.
- Step 4
Season with 1/8 tsp salt and saute well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves
- Step 6
Serve hot.
