- Step 1 In a blender, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp bhuna chana, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 2 Blend all the ingredients to a coarse powder
- Step 3 In a bowl, add 1 cup puffed rice, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, dry chutney and 1 tbsp sev.
- Step 4 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Add moong sprouts and mix again.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve.
