Want to add something healthy to your lip-smacking bhel then add sprouts to it......This street food is very convenient way to have the bhel in a non-messy way as it is dry and has all the taste, a tang of the regular spicy bhel..... its a high protein and low cal snack and love of all!
Soak and sprout 1 tbsp whole moong. Keep aside.
For dry chutney
In a blender, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chana dal, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Blend all the ingredients into a dry chutney.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup puffed rice, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, premade dry chutney mixture and 1 tbsp sev
Mix all the ingredients well.
Then add 1 tsp lime juice,1 tbsp sprouted moong and mix again.
