For dry chutney
- Step 2
In a blender, add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped pudina, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp hing, 1 tbsp bhuna chana, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Blend all the ingredients into a dry chutney.

For bhel

In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup puffed rice, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped boiled potato, premade dry chutney mixture and 1 tbsp sev.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Then add sprouted moong and mix again.
- Step 8
Serve.
