2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil

0.1 Tsp(0.53 gm) Baking Soda

1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water

1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd

1/4 Cup(46.0 gm) Suji
Take semolina batter add into the 1/10 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
Take oil in a pan for frying
Make batter into a doughnut shape and fry until it turns golden brown.
Serve with chutney or sambhar.
