For Sugar Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar, water as required and boil it till sugar melt.
- Step 2 Add 2 strands of saffron,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and cook it well.

For Gulab Jamun
- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1/8 tsp ghee add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1/2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/2 tbsp sugar, roasted semolina ,mix and cook it well.
- Step 2 Remove it in a bowl and knead it well. Then make small crack free balls.
- Step 3 Heat oil in a pan and deepfry balls till golden brown.
- Step 4 Add fried balls in sugar syrup and soak till syrup absorbed by balls.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Serve.
