• • Step 1 Heat a pan, pour 3/4 cup sugarcane juice and bring it to a boil
  • Step 2 Add soaked rice and cook over low flame until it softens
  • Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/8 tsp saffron and mix well
  • Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding mixed nuts
  • Step 5 Serve warm or chilled
