- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 tsp ghee and roast 1 ½ cup makhana.
- Step 2 Coarsely grind 1/2 cup of the roasted makhana and keep aside.
- Step 3 In the same pan, add 1 ½ cup Nestle a+ slim milk.
- Step 4 Add the coarsely ground makhana, followed by the roasted whole makhana and 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder. Mix and let it cook.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp stevia and give it a mix.
- Step 6 Turn off the flame, let it cool and add the soaked chia seeds. Mix well.
- Step 7 Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped pista.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate.
- Step 9 Serve.
