2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Black Urad Dal

1/8 Cup(18.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

For Frying(10.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • For Poori

    In a mixing bowl add soaked and ground urad dal and 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder

  • and 1/8 tsp hing & mix well and keep it aside.

  • Place the dough, flatten the poori and fill the stuffing and roll into poori

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the urad poori until golden brown.

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
