Urad dal poori is a crispy an energy booster as its iron content is quit high and It is rich in protein. it is yummy option for children.
In a mixing bowl add soaked and ground urad dal and 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
and 1/8 tsp hing & mix well and keep it aside.
Place the dough, flatten the poori and fill the stuffing and roll into poori
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the urad poori until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.
