For Kulcha
- Step 1 In a bowl take 1/4th cup maida, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp white til , 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2 Knead into soft dough and let it rest for 5 min
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl take 2 tbsp boiled and mashed potato , 1 tbsp chopped onion , 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp amchur powder, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Now roll out the dough and place the stuffing.
- Step 4 Fold and seal.
- Step 5 Now lightly flatten to make a kulcha.
- Step 6 Apply water on the base of kulcha and transfer to hot tawa .
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp butter on the top and roast well on both the sides.
- Step 8 Serve hot with gravies.
