- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp peanut powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and a little water
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3 Mix the spices well
- Step 4 Take 4 small sized boiled potato, make slits, stuff it with the masala and set aside
- Step 5 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, place the stuffed potatoes and saute until cooked
- Step 6 Serve hot
