- Step 1
For Rasgullas
Add 1 cup of Nestlé A+ Milk in a pan, let it boil.
- Step 2
Add 3/4 tsp lemon juice and stir it continuously to let the Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdle.
- Step 3
Mix well, remove from heat, and strain the Nestlé A+ Curdled Nestlé A+ Milk using a muslin cloth to drain out the water.
- Step 4
Transfer the paneer into a bowl, rub and knead till it softens.
- Step 5
Roll into smooth mediumsized balls and stuffed with roasted chopped nuts.
- Step 6
For Jaggery Syrup
Heat water as required, 2.5 tbsp chopped jaggery, and 1 green elaichi in a pan.
- Step 7
Now, slowly drop the prepared rasgullas into the simmering liquid.
- Step 8
cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 min.
- Step 9
Remove from heat, allow to cool and serve.
