- Step 1 To the batter add 1/2 tbsp grated carrot, 1/2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tsp boiled peas and mix well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3 Fill a steamer with water and bring it to a boil.
- Step 4 Grease idli molds with little oil, pour the fermented batter into the greased idli molds.
- Step 5 Place the molds in the steamer and steam for 1012 minutes
- Step 6 Gently demold the idlis from the molds and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. Enjoy!
