- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4 tsp dhania seeds, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give it Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 3 Cut 1 capsicum and stuff it with spiced potato filling and set aside
- Step 4 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing and add the stuffed capsicum
- Step 5 Roast on both sides, cover the pan and cook until done
- Step 6 Serve hot.
