Stuffed Bitter Gourd is one of the most loved dishes, the recipe for which is different in every household. Bitter gourd packs several important nutrients. It is a great help to reduce sugar levels.
In a mixing bowl, Add 2 tbsp peanut powder, 3 tbsp grated coconut, 1.5 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, add white sesame seeds (nutritional twist), 1/4th tsp tamarind paste.
Add water and mix well.
Slice 1 bitter gourd, Fill in the stuffing.
In a pan add 1.5 tsp oil. Add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, shallow fry the bitter gourd.
Cover and cook.
