- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp peanut powder, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tsp jaggery powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, add white sesame seeds as Nestle Twist and 1/8th tsp tamarind paste.
- Step 2 Add water and mix well.
- Step 3 Slice 1 bitter gourd, Fill in the stuffing.
- Step 4 In a pan add 1 tsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing and shallow fry the stuffed bitter gourd.
- Step 5 Cover and cook.
- Step 6 Serve hot.
