Bhindi is packed with dietary fibre, which keeps one satiated and makes you feel full for a longer time with an added benefit of being a very low-calorie veggie. It is a vegetable which is commonly eaten in Indian family.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp peanut powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp mango powder, water and mix well.
Slit the lady fingers and fill in the stuffing.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/8th tsp hing.
Shallow fry the stuffed lady fingers well.
Serve hot with roti.
