Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisins and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 3 tbsp sugar and cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 no. black cardamom and cover and cook.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
