3 Tbsp(72.0 gm) Sugar
2 Cube(20.0 gm) Ice Cube
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.21 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
1/2 Cup(71.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/8 Cup(17.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup(52.0 gm) Basmati Rice
  • In a mixing bowl add coconut rice mixture,1/2 an egg, and whisk it well.

  • Add 1/2 cup powder sugar,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder,1/8 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 cup coconut milk and mix well.

  • Strain mixture with a cloth and pour in a greased mold.

  • Steam it and cut it into the pieces.

  • Serve.
