Steps
- Step 1
Take a bowl and add moong mixture, 3 tsp besan,1 tbsp chopped palak, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp jeera,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Take a pan and add 1.5 tsp oil, pour and spread the mixture once the oil is heated.
- Step 3
Cover and cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
