Steps
- Step 1 Pre PreparationSoak and sprout 2tbsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture
- Step 2 For pancakeTake a bowl and add moong mixture, 3 tsp Besan,1 tbsp chopped spinach, 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/8 tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Salt , water and mix well
- Step 3 Take a pan and add 1
- Step 4 5 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated
- Step 5 Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side
- Step 6 Serve hot
