- Step 1 Sprout and blanch both the pulses.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, moong and matki sprouts, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding olives.
- Step 4 Serve fresh
