Sprouts Pumpkin Pancake Recipe

It is very easy to make these scrumptious pancakes. a dish filled with Vitamins and also is protein dense. Prefect dish for breakfast.

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Pumpkin(Grated)

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger(Grated)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Pre Preparation

  • Soak and sprout 2tbsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture.

  • Take a bowl and add moong mixture, 2 tsp Besan,1 tbsp Grated Pumpkin, 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/8 tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Salt , water and mix well.

  • Take a pan and add 1/2 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated.

  • Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.

  • Serve hot.
