Sprouts Pomegranate Salad Recipe

A nutritious blend of sprouts and pomegranate, rich in protein and fiber make sit a very refreshing bowl perfect to snack or a start to an amazing meal.

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Whole Moong

2 Tbsp(22.0 gm) Anar Seeds

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
ingredients
2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/8 Tsp(0.24 gm) Chaat Masala
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add sprouted moong, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp anar seeds, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.

  • Add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and give a nice toss.

  • Serve a refreshing salad.
