In a bowl, add sprouted moong, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and give a nice toss.
Serve a refreshing salad.
