Sprouts Kadhi Recipe

Kadhi is traditionally buttermilk preparation. This variation recipe made using sprouts which makes it fiber dense dish that is easy on the gut and served best with rice.

  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions, 3 tbsp sprouted whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and the prepared curd mixture.

  • Stir continuously and add 150 ml water. Mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with khichdi.
