- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add moong sprouts and season with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp haldi
- Step 3 Add the besan Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and mix it well
- Step 4 Pour in water to adjust the consistency and mix well
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with rice
