Sprouts Kadhi Recipe

ButterNestlé A+ Milk is traditionally used to prepare kadhi. Sprouts Kadhi is a variation recipe that uses sprouts to create a fiber-rich dish that is easy on the digestive system and tastes best when served with rice.

0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
150.0 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions, 3 tbsp sprouted whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture.

  • Stir continuously and add 150 ml water. Mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with khichdi.
