Steps
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions, 3 tbsp sprouted whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and the prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture
- Step 3 Stir continuously and add 150 ml water
- Step 4 Mix well
- Step 5 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Serve hot with khichdi
