Kadhi is traditionally buttermilk preparation. This variation recipe made using sprouts which makes it fiber dense dish that is easy on the gut and served best with rice.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th tsp hing, 2 tsp chopped onions, 3 tbsp sprouted whole moong, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi and the prepared curd mixture.
Stir continuously and add 150 ml water. Mix well.
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with khichdi.
