An Indian soup made with nutritious veggies like dudhi usually unliked by all, flavored with Indian spices give satiety to the taste buds.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 pod of garlic and saute.
Add 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs and whole moong sprouts.
Mix well and add water as required.
Let It simmer, cool slightly and blend.
Garnish with sprouts and serve.
