- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp diced onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
- Step 3 Add 1 tsp whole moong sprouts and mix well
- Step 4 Add water as required and let it simmer
- Step 5 Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly
- Step 6 Blend the soup until smooth
- Step 7 Transfer soup to a serving bowl
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding coriander leaves
- Step 9 Garnish with sprouts and serve hot.
