Sprouts Green Gram Potato Cutlet Recipe

2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Whole Moong
2 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Potato(Boiled, Mashed)
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Chana Dal
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Carrot(Chopped)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) French Beans(Chopped)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Peas
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Prepreparation

    Soak and sprout 2 tbsp whole moong. Keep aside

  • Soak 1 tbsp chana dal & grind it to a paste. Keep aside.

  • Boil peas and keep aside.

  • For mixture

    In a bowl, add 2 tbsp potato, 1/4th cup sprouted moong, add 1 tbsp chana dal, 2 tsp suji, 1 tsp chopped french beans, 1 tsp boiled peas, 1 tsp chopped carrot, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well with your fingers.

  • Shape into a ball and flatten it slightly to make a cutlet.

  • Make 4 uniform cutlets.

  • For shallow fry

    Take a nonstick pan and heat 2 tsp oil in it.

  • Place 4 cutlets on the pan and cook on a medium flame till they turn golden on both the side.

  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
