  • Pre Preparation

  • Soak and sprout 2tbsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture.

  • Take a bowl and add moong mixture, add 2 tsp Besan,1 tbsp Grated Carrot,1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger,1/8th tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi, 1/4th tsp Salt add water and mix well.

  • Take a pan and add 1/2 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated.

  • Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.

  • Serve hot.
