It is very easy to make these scrumptious pancakes, which are high in proteins and rich in vitamin A.Prefect dish for breakfast.
Soak and sprout 2tbsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture.
Take a bowl and add moong mixture, add 2 tsp Besan,1 tbsp Grated Carrot,1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger,1/8th tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi, 1/4th tsp Salt add water and mix well.
Take a pan and add 1/2 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated.
Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.
