In a bowl, add 2 tbsp sweet potato, 2 tbsp moong sprouts, 2 tbsp grated cabbage, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Shape a patty from the mashed mix and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
Shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from all sides.
Slice open 1 mediumsized burger bun, through the center.
Apply 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each half, put 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
Cover the bun and serve.
