2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Whole Moong
41.0 Ml(41.0 ml) Water
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Beet Root
3.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Besan
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • Pre Preparation

    Soak and sprout 2tbsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture.

  • Take a bowl and add moong mixture, 2 tsp Besan,1 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/8 tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Salt , water and mix well.

  • Take a pan and add 1/2 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated.

  • Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.

  • Serve hot.
