Sprouts carrot Pancakes are a healthy breakfast dish made with a nutritious combination of beetroot and sprouts that impart a pink hue and a mildly spicy, earthy flavour. A savoury dish that is high in iron, vitamins and protein. A sprinkle of white sesame seeds provides a boost of calcium and other vital nutrients.

Soak and sprout 1.5 tsp whole moong and blend it into a smooth mixture.
Take a bowl and add moong mixture, 3 tsp Besan,1 tbsp grated beetroot, 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste, 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/8 tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Salt , water and mix well.
Take a pan and add 1.5 tsp Oil, spread the mixture once the oil is heated.
Cover and Cook from one side and then flip and cook on the other side.
