Simple, quick, delicious and nutritious Maharastrian recipe.....with full of proteins and fibers can be loved by anyone... serve hot with bhakri, roti or paratha........
Soak and sprout 2 tbsp whole moong.
In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp chopped onions, 1 tsp chopped tomatoes, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, sprouted moong and water.
Cook till water evaporates.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
